Marstons Inn Ebbsfleet

This project was carried out between the start of July and end of October with commissioning being done at the start of November ready for handover to the client. This project consisted of 104 indoor units spread across 10 Mitsubishi VRF systems. These units were installed into each of the 104 bedrooms at this hotel to provide simultaneous heating and cooling. Each room has a ducted fan-coil unit built into the bulkhead above the door with a supply air grill fitted to the front so the air blows out across the room. Each room also has a simplified remote controller enabling the guest to set the Air Conditioning to a temperature that is comfortable for them. The pipework was then run on basket tray down the corridor and then onto a Mitsubishi Branch control box, From there mains pipework was run out to each systems dedicated condenser. We also fitted Three central controllers so that every system can be controlled from the managers office.
