The project Village Hotel Portsmouth

The project was the new Village hotel in Portsmouth which has been fitted and supplied with the latest Air conditioning systems throughout the project build. M & F Air Conditioning Ltd started this project in March 2017 and completed the hand over at the end of September 2017  with all project specifications complete . The project comprised of 198 indoor units spread across 18 Daikin VRV systems with an imanager central controller. The Project was 156 bedrooms fed via wall mounted units with custom painted fascia, 1split system feeding the server room, 17 cassette units serving the gym, spin and dance studio areas. The spin room unit again had the fascia custom painted. there was 11 cassette units spread between the restaurant, reception and coffee shop area. then there was 13 cassettes spread across the meeting rooms and function area. All the condensers were put on large purpose built frames in two areas on the roof. All external pipework was on tray and topped with another tray to stop damage.
